Nikki received her Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles where she also studied Shakespeare abroad in London and Stratford-Upon-Avon. 

She spent her senior year interning at a music management company in Beverly Hills, which led to a five-year career in the music industry. Through her various roles, she learned how to work with artists, celebrities, influencers, and how to manage high-stakes live events. 

From there she moved into digital marketing at Fullscreen/McBeard, where she met with hundreds of creators, worked with dozens of brands and entertainment studios, and made lifelong friends with co-workers. 

Nikki has volunteered as a trained Crisis Counselor with Crisis Text Line and assisted the Human Rights Campaign across their digital platforms. 

Outside of work, she co-hosted a podcast that released weekly for five years and co-wrote a book that was sold at Urban Outfitters locations across the country. 

She currently works within the Mars Petcare Family as a Creative Director and enjoys all the time she gets to spend with kittens on photo and video sets.
